C.W. I have very sensitive skin on my hands but have never had any adverse reactions to this handcream. I absolutely recommend this cream to anyone, particularly if your hands are delicate. I have been using this cream for several years now. I use it almost every day, and always have at least 2 tubes - one in my handbag and one beside my bed.
