Orders will normally be shipped within 24- 48 hours, Monday through to Friday. All National orders include “Track & Trace”.  National orders will be dispatched by either PBT Couriers or Courier Post. International orders will be shipped by NZ Post.

Please note there are some countries/territories that we are not permitted to send honey to. These currently include:

Afghanistan, Bahrain, China, Cyprus , Dominican Republic, Egypt, Estonia, Ethiopia, Ghana, Haiti, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Kyrgystan, Lebanon, Myanmar, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Western Australia.


Customs/Import Regulations

Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Please be aware that orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duty or other customs taxes. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Where customs charges are due, this may impact the time it takes your parcel to reach you.


Order Cancellations 

You may cancel your online order provided we have not already dispatched it. We will refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with. Please contact us as soon as possible – we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Damaged Items

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.
